No Cancellations

Once a service has been booked and payment has been made, we do not entertain cancellation requests under any circumstances. We advise users to review their requirements carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds

All payments made to Gradmit are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to counselling sessions, documentation support, and admission-related services.
